Be led on a beautiful trail run or an innovative workout routine in our gym – the landmarks, hills, parks and beaches of San Francisco.

Our one hour group fitness classes are designed to increase endurance, strength, speed, and agility. Brighton will coach you through multifaceted workouts teaching safe and correct form, using your body weight or equipment such as kettle bells, sandbags, medicine balls and resistance bands. Workouts change daily, and are never boring; you will want to come back for more. Workouts are scalable allowing all fitness levels to succeed.

The strength of the group will bring out your own. Whether your goals are weight loss or a better 5k time, having a community with like goals will help support and motivate. Many of your workout buddies will become some of your best friends. We have seen many join outdoor group training programs to discover a new strength, skill or athletic talent.
